Please note that by making a booking, either verbally or in writing, you have entered a contract that must be honoured by both parties.

Your booking will be confirmed by email. Once I have received your deposit, full name, address, telephone number and email address.
To confirm your booking I require a deposit equal to the full payment of the first night, either by Visa or MasterCard (MasterCard incurs an added 3% charge) or bank transfer – bank details given on booking. This will be deducted from your final payment on departure.
Cancellation Policy in the event that you have to cancel or do not arrive.
• If you have to cancel your stay for any reason please let us know immediately. Provided you give us at least 14 day notice before your stay we will give you a full refund.
• If you do not arrive and have not notified me within the cancellation period then you will lose any money you have paid.
Payments on departure can either be made by cash, debit card and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express.
* Regrettably no pets are allowed.
* Hill House has a no smoking policy.
Please note that Hill House operates as a Bed and Breakfast, therefore we respectfully ask that guests leave after breakfast by 10.45 and are welcome to return from 4.30pm. If necessary please discuss any special arrangements with me.

Hill House reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual’s stay at Hill House where deemed necessary.
